A JetSuite SuiteGift can only be used for passenger travel on JetSuite.  As with all flight bookings, restrictions, taxes and fees apply, and a JetSuite SuiteGift can be used to cover these taxes and fees.  SuiteGift holder will be quoted for requested trip(s); each purchase is then deducted from the balance of the SuiteGift.  If the purchased flight(s) value is greater than the value of the SuiteGift, the difference may be paid via any payment type accepted by JetSuite.  If the flight cost is less than the value of the SuiteGift, the balance will remain on the Certificate until it is decreased to zero.  JetSuite SuiteGifts are non-refundable; have no expiration date; are fully transferrable; are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed; and are VOID if altered or obtained fraudulently.  A JetSuite SuiteGift may not be resold by an ulicensed vendor under penalty of law; unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.  A JetSuite SuiteGift is not valid for the purchase of JetSuite partner packages.  A JetSuite SuiteGift will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit except where required by law. A JetSuite SuiteGift cannot be redeemed through a Travel Agency or Broker.
