How Many People Own The Aircraft?
You will be the sole owner of the aircraft and have all the benefits of ownership without all the costs.
How Much Do I Get Paid?
Our Owner-Card Holder program is designed so that you will receive a monthly payment that will allow most owners to cover their note and costs of ownership.
Are There Any Tax Advantages?
JetSuite does not provide tax advice, but understands that for certain parties there can be very favorable tax advantages. Please investigate these with your CPA so that you can receive maximum benefit. JetSuite can refer you to an aviation tax specialist.
How Long Will JetSuite Keep My Aircraft?
JetSuite’s preferred operator will professionally manage your aircraft and take care of most recurring operating costs for 5 years while you enjoy virtually as much usage as you want. Additionally, your first 25 hours usage every year are free.
Can I Remove My Aircraft From The Program?
Yes, after one year, with 6 months notice, you may remove your aircraft from the program. Some penalties may apply.

JetSuite’s preferred operator, and Embraer and Pratt & Whitney.
Who Pays The Hangar Fees?
JetSuite’s operator.
Who Pays The Insurance?
JetSuite’s operator.
Then, What Are My Monthly Costs?
Significantly reduced! Your note will vary depending on the financing you have chosen, and you may be subject to residual value risk if you choose to sell your jet.
What If The Aircraft Is Damaged By a Card Holder?
JetSuite’s operator will take care of it.
Can I See The Owner Agreement?

What Are The Specifications Of My Aircraft?
The JetSuite fleet consists Phenom 100 aircraft, with the option to add Phenom 300s. Each are equipped with the amenities and options suitable for charter and personal use. These aircraft are the perfect blend of comfort and performance for regional jet travel. Details can be found on our site and at www.embraer.com.
Do I Get Special Scheduling Privileges?
Similar to a Card Holder, you receive as-available scheduling but the first 25 hours are free! The airplane is available much more than anyone flies on average. And unlike private ownership programs, if your jet is on another trip or scheduled for maintenance, you can be scheduled on another Phenom in the fleet and travel without inconvenience – even for your free hours!
Can I Put My Existing Aircraft Into The Program?
At this time we only place new aircraft into our program. This gives a consistent and excellent experience to all our Card Holders. JetSuite has a few aircraft delivery dates available for ownership, please contact sales for more information.
What Manufacturers Do You Work With?
We are very proud of our exclusive relationship with Embraer Executive Jets and Pratt & Whitney Canada who are committed to providing a quality experience to all Phenom Owners.
How Do You Handle Irresponsible People On My Aircraft?
The Card Holder Agreement provides for the removal of Card Holders who abuse JetSuite’s policies.
What Is The Down Payment?
Depending on your circumstances, you will typically put down 20% to 35% of the sales price.
Who Arranges Financing?
Your personal banker is often the best source for financing, and JetSuite can assist you with a finding financing company who can fast track your application. JetSuite has partnered with several very qualified lenders. Be advised in the current environment many lenders require at least $6 million in liquid net worth to make an aircraft loan.
Can I Meet The Card Holders Using My Aircraft?
JetSuite client lists are held in strict confidence and are not shared with owners or anyone else without the clients consent. However JetSuite occasionally holds social gatherings for Card Holders and prospects. You’re welcome to join us.
How Can I Be Sure My Aircraft Will Be Treated Properly?
JetSuite and its preferred operator make certain that only qualified users are on your aircraft. Pilots and technicians with extensive training will operate and service your airplane, and only qualified FBO’s will fuel your jet. Finally, Embraer and Pratt & Whitney will provide all major services to your jet and engines, and the FAA will monitor compliance with the approved maintenance program.
